LCC is going to be "on the air." Recently, business instructor Kam Vento received a letter from the Federal Communications Commission stating that LCC has been approved to broadcast a radio station. However, before broadcasting can begin, Vento said there is still a lot of work that needs to be done.
Guilt. Shame. Insecurity. Rejection. These are words familiar to a child whose parent is in prison.
